They point that the way to find articles sites is by searching for “article directories”. In searching Google for “article directories”, I found a fascinating site called vretoolbar.com that, among other features that look interesting, lists the top sites for submitting articles. According to them, here are the top sites sorted by Google Page Rank.

I recommend making sure you have up to date antivirus software on your computer before searching for article submission sites out there as I received a virus alert just navigating to one of the top article sites. (Needless to say, I removed it from the list above).
